Virtual Assistant for Customer Support & Other Tasks For Beauty Brand

Join Newtiful, a fast-growing beauty brand as a Virtual Assistant and make a real impact on our customer experience and brand presence. This role combines customer support, social media engagement, and influencer management, with excellent growth opportunities. Training and supervision provided by our Customer Service and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Support: Handle refunds, replacements, and inquiries. Respond to DMs and comments on Facebook and Instagram. Manage support tickets via Gorgias.
- Influencer Management: Communicate with influencers and track partnerships in Notion.
- Copyright Protection: Report stolen content via DMCA and monitor for misuse on digital platforms.
- Operational Tasks: Update SOPs and related documents in Notion.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate via Slack and coordinate with fulfillment centers for refunds, defective orders, and other issues.
- Customer Insights: Track customer feedback and questions in a shared sheet.
- Dispute Handling: Manage dispute resolution processes with customers, including chargebacks and refunds, and ensure timely communication throughout the process.
- 3PL Management: Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) operations, coordinate with fulfillment partners to resolve shipping issues, and ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Trustpilot Review Management: Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot, ensuring timely and professional feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.

- Meta Business Suite

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in tools mentioned above is required
- Excellent English communication.

- Fast learning abilities.

Schedule & Growth:

- Hours: Start with part-time (20-30 hours a week), then transition to full-time within 2-3 months. Flexible shifts aligning with PH and CET time zones.
