Virtual Assistant for Creator Outreach

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us reach out to content creators and secure permission to use their content in our video edits. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Identify and contact relevant creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Politely request permission to use their content in our edits.
Keep track of all outreach efforts, responses, and approvals in a spreadsheet or CRM.
Ensure proper documentation of permissions (e.g., written consent via email or DMs).
Follow up with creators who haven’t responded.
Maintain professional and friendly communication.

Requirements:
Strong written communication skills in English.
Experience in outreach, influencer marketing, or customer service is a plus.
Ability to track and organize outreach efforts.
Reliable internet connection.
Availability for 10-20 hours per week.

Compensation:

Base compensation of each outreach + additional bonus per approval from creator
