Virtual Assistant Role – SJV Cleaning ( approximately 30 hours per week with room for more) If you have worked for a cleaning company before please mention that.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Virtual Assistant to join SJV Cleaning. This role involves managing administrative tasks, streamlining operations, and supporting the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Creating and sending invoices/quotes, and reconciling transactions in Xero.
Coordinating
Assisting with general bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Xero for invoicing and reconciliation.
Use of managing software (connecteams preferred)
Use of Canva
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with additional tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is highly regarded.
