Virtual Assistant for CEO Support

I need a Personal Assistant who can match my professional intensity, take initiative, and grow with us. This role requires someone who thinks ahead, solves problems independently, and helps me stay on track with my personal and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
? Manage & Optimize My Daily Schedule – Time block my day, track tasks, and ensure progress is being made.
? Monitor & Track Goals – Implement systems to track habits, measure progress, and ensure accountability for personal and business objectives.
? Build & Maintain a Wix Website – The site will host training, onboarding, and employee development programs.
? Automate Workflows & Processes – Implement automation tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
? AI & Tech Development – Assist in creating AI agents, utilizing AI-driven solutions, and integrating automation into workflows.
? Proactively Solve Problems – Research solutions, manage projects, and improve systems to help me stay productive.

Must-Have Skills & Experience With:
???? Wix – Website building, design, and management
???? Zapier – Workflow automation and efficiency tools
???? Google Workspace – Calendar, Sheets, Docs for organization and collaboration
???? AI Tools & Automation – Experience in building and integrating AI-driven solutions
???? Project & Goal Management Tools – Ability to use various platforms to track progress and manage workflows efficiently
