Virtual Assistant for Amazon Listings and Content Management

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented virtual assistant to support our Amazon and website content management. This role requires experience with Amazon storefronts, WordPress, and graphic design tools. You will ensure that our listings, storefronts, and website are consistent, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.

Main Duties:

- Managing and optimizing Amazon listings across three marketplaces (USA, UK, and Australia)
- Updating and maintaining Amazon storefronts, ensuring they align with product listings and branding
- Managing website content pages on WordPress, ensuring consistency with Amazon listings and storefronts
- Creating visually appealing and SEO-optimized content on the website, linking to Amazon listings
- Conducting keyword research to improve Amazon and website content performance
- Designing high-quality graphics using tools like Photoshop, Canva, and MidJourney to enhance content presentation
- Ensuring the website and storefronts maintain a cohesive, professional appearance

Who You Are:
- Experienced with managing Amazon listings and storefronts
- Familiar with WordPress and capable of updating and maintaining content pages
- Proficient in graphic design using tools like Photoshop, Canva, and MidJourney
- Knowledgeable in SEO, keyword research, and link building
- Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of aesthetics and layout consistency
- Fluent in (American) English, with excellent written communication skills
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives with minimal supervision
- Equipped with a reliable internet connection (95% uptime or better)
