JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with excellent English communication skills to handle a variety of tasks that are essential to our business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Communicating with customers via email and other communication channels.
Calling and communicating with potential leads to provide information about our services.
Scheduling estimates and managing the company calendar efficiently.
Communicating with subcontractors.
Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using calendar management and communication tools.
A friendly and professional demeanor.
