Virtual Assistant / Zoho Creator Expert – Build Business Systems for Trades & Tools Brands

We're looking for a Zoho Creator specialist who loves building business systems, automating workflows, and making operations run smoothly. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow inside two brands:

GTG Electrical – A high-quality electrical contracting company in Queensland, Australia
Rowland Forge – A growing trade & lifestyle brand focused on tools, business systems, and personal development
You’ll work directly with the business owner to design, build, and refine systems using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other tools in the Zoho ecosystem.

? Responsibilities:
Build apps and workflows in Zoho Creator
Set up automation using Zoho Flow and Deluge scripting
Connect Zoho Books, CRM, WorkDrive, and other tools for a unified business system
Document and help improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Assist in admin support and system maintenance over time

???? Must-Have Skills:
Experience building in Zoho Creator
Solid understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Books
Ability to create and document business processes
Strong English communication (written and verbal)
Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset

???? Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with service-based or trade businesses (e.g. electricians, plumbers, HVAC)
Familiarity with other platforms (e.g. Shopify, Zapier, Google Workspace)

Hours: Start at 10–15 hrs/week, with opportunity to grow
Timezone: Must overlap a few hours with AEST (Brisbane time)
Salary: Based on experience – please include your desired rate
