Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to handle cold calling for our real estate business. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for property owners, helping to establish strong relationships and identify potential opportunities for our team. Your primary focus will be on making outbound calls to property owners, following proven scripts to uncover motivated sellers, and qualifying leads for our acquisitions team.

This position requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and can confidently handle rejection. You’ll play a critical role in the lead generation process and contribute significantly to the success of our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling:

Place outbound calls to property owners to gauge their interest in selling their property.
Follow pre-approved scripts, tailoring conversations to create rapport and qualify leads.
Confidently address concerns, answer questions, and handle objections professionally.
Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identify motivated sellers and collect key information, including property details, seller motivation, and preferred timelines.
Accurately document all interactions and findings in the CRM system.
Appointment Setting & Follow-Up:

Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for qualified leads with the acquisitions team.
Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with leads that need nurturing.
Data Management & Reporting:

Keep records of call logs, leads, and outcomes in the designated CRM system.
Analyze call performance and provide feedback or suggestions to improve lead generation efforts.
Supportive Administrative Tasks:

Assist in creating targeted call lists by researching property owner information.
Collaborate with the team to refine scripts and strategies based on results.
Requirements:
Skills and Experience:

Cold Calling Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate experience strongly preferred).
Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the basics of real estate transactions, including distressed properties, motivated sellers, and wholesaling, is a major advantage.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Confidence in handling objections and addressing seller concerns professionally.
Resilience: Ability to remain positive and persistent, even when faced with rejection.
Technical Requirements:

A reliable high-speed internet connection.
A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Podio, REIPro, Salesforce) and dialing tools (e.g., Mojo Dialer, CallTools).
Competency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
