We partner with clients across the United States, helping them streamline their workflows and manage their business operations efficiently.
I'm seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who's can wear multiple hats and grow with my business. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills and an entrepreneurial mindset who can learn and adapt quickly. It will be a combination of helping me with my projects but also helping my clients out.
You don't need industry-specific experience - I'll provide paid training on our tools and workflows. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Fixed schedule: 1030AM - 230PM EST
- Part Time position (20 hours week)
- $220 paid biweekly
- Start ASAP
Required Qualifications
- Experience working US hours
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Notion is helpful
