We are a growing CDL dispatching company looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) with experience in freight dispatching, logistics, or customer service. This is a full-time remote position where you will assist with booking loads, negotiating with brokers, and recruiting truck drivers (owner-operators).

???? Responsibilities:

? Find & Book Loads using DAT, Truckstop & 123Loadboard.
? Negotiate Rates with brokers & secure high-paying freight.
? Recruit & Sign Up Owner-Operators (Truck drivers) via Facebook, Craigslist & LinkedIn.
? Communicate with Drivers via WhatsApp, Telegram & Email.
? Handle Paperwork (Rate Confirmations, BOLs, Factoring Submissions).
? Post Ads & Search for Truck Drivers to work with us.
? Track Driver Schedules & Load Assignments in Google Sheets.

???? Experience in dispatching, logistics, or sales is a must!

???? Qualifications:

? Experience in Truck Dispatching, Freight Brokerage, or Logistics.
? Familiar with DAT Load Board, Truckstop, or other freight platforms (or willing to learn fast).
? Fluent English (Written & Spoken) – You must be confident in speaking to brokers & drivers.
? Strong negotiation & sales skills to get the best rates.
? Reliable WiFi, noise-free workspace & ability to work U.S. hours.
? Proficient in Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

???? Bonus (Not Required but a Plus!):
? Previous experience recruiting truck drivers (owner-operators).
? Knowledge of Power-Only, Reefer, Flatbed, or Hotshot loads.
? Prior work in U.S. trucking, dispatching, or freight brokerage.

???? Salary & Benefits:

? Starting Pay: $500 - $1,000/month (Depending on experience).
