Virtual Assistant (Travel Coordination & Admin Support)
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time/Full-time (TBD)
Start Date: ASAP


About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) with at least 1 year of experience in travel coordination and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be able to manage inboxes, calendars, and travel logistics seamlessly, ensuring a smooth experience for our client. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

-Travel Coordination – Research, book, and manage flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
-Inbox Management – Organize emails, respond to inquiries, and filter important messages.
-Calendar Management – Schedule meetings, set reminders, and coordinate appointments.
-Client-Facing Support – Handle administrative tasks that help free up the client’s time.


Who We're Looking For:

-1+ years of VA experience, specifically in travel coordination & admin support.
-Strong skills in email and calendar management.
-Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
- A self-starter who takes initiative and works independently.
-Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking platforms and admin tools.
