Role Summary:
The Virtual Assistant will support LOMAKE in preparing and submitting tender applications, ensuring compliance with requirements, and optimising our IT-related processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in tender writing, exceptional organisational skills, and technical knowledge to manage digital platforms and tools effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Application Management:
• Research and identify relevant tender opportunities.
• Prepare and write tender submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with the team to gather necessary documentation and information for tenders.
• Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
2. IT Support and Optimisation:
• Assist in managing IT systems and tools used in tender submissions, including document management and submission portals.
• Optimise processes to ensure smooth and efficient handling of digital tender applications.
• Provide technical support for any IT-related issues during the tendering process.
3. Research and Data Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities through tenders.
• Analyse feedback from previous tenders to improve future submissions.
4. Administrative Support:
• Maintain an organised database of past and ongoing tenders.
• Create templates and standardised documentation for future use.
