Schedule: Full-time, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST (American Time Zone)

Job Overview:
As a Telemarketing & Lead Follow-Up Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to call past leads and gather feedback on their experience with the investor we matched them with. You will listen to their stories, identify areas where we can improve, and ensure they feel valued and supported. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our service and building stronger relationships with our clients.

This role is about providing exceptional customer service, showing empathy, and helping us deliver a consistently great experience to every lead we connect with.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Follow-Up: Contact past leads to gather detailed feedback about their experience.
- Service Improvement: Identify areas for improvement based on feedback and share insights with the team.
- Customer Care: Ensure leads feel heard, valued, and supported during the follow-up process.
- Data Management: Use a dialer system and complete forms to log calls and feedback accurately (training provided).

Requirements:
- Telemarketing Skills: Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role is a plus, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Clear Communication: A neutral or minimal accent and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Emotional Intelligence: Friendly and empathetic approach to understanding client concerns and needs.
- Cultural Familiarity: Comfort working with Western clients and aligning with American cultural expectations.
- Real Estate Experience: Experience in the real estate space is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Experience using dialer systems and completing online forms (training will be provided).
- Home Office Setup: A dedicated workspace with stable internet.
