We are looking for a highly motivated Remote Virtual Assistant to support our fast-paced and rapidly growing startups. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in dynamic environments. You will be responsible for managing communications, optimizing workflows, and assisting with data-driven tasks.
Excel expertise, programming knowledge, and strategic problem-solving experience are required.
Responsibilities:

Excel & Data Analysis: Create, maintain, and optimize spreadsheets for business operations, reporting, and decision-making.
Programming & Automation: Assist with automating repetitive tasks, scripting processes, and optimizing workflows using coding where applicable.
Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking: Tackle challenges creatively and contribute innovative solutions to operational bottlenecks.
General Administrative Support: Calendar management, document organization, and coordinating tasks across teams.
Research & Insights: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data gathering to support business decisions.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Excel (Formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Programming Skills (Python, Google Apps Script, or similar) for automation and efficiency improvements.
Must have proven Softr Experience.
Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills to handle messages professionally.
Problem-Solving Mindset & Out-of-the-Box Thinking to improve business operations.
Highly Organized & Self-Starter Attitude – You take initiative and don’t wait for instructions.
Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner who can adapt to new tools and processes.
