**Job Title: Virtual Assistant**
**Location: Remote**
**Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time**

### **Job Summary:**
Start up company is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Virtual Assistant** to support client accounts and execute projects within our third-party logistics (3PL) operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively liaise between clients and our warehouse team to ensure seamless fulfillment and logistics operations.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing inquiries and providing updates on order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
- Manage and maintain client records, order histories, and reporting through company systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot fulfillment issues, working closely with the operations team to resolve any delays or discrepancies.
- Assist in executing various projects related to logistics, process improvement, and client support.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling email correspondence.
- Conduct periodic follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Assist in updating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fulfillment processes.

### **Qualifications & Skills:**
- Previous experience in a **virtual assistant** or **logistics coordination** role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of **third-party logistics (3PL)**, supply chain, or order fulfillment is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with fulfillment or CRM software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon FBA, etc.) is a bonus.
