About Us:?We’re a growing real estate photography and media business that prides itself on delivering high-quality visuals to our clients. We believe in working hard, having fun, and supporting each other along the way! We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who shares our values and is eager to help us streamline our operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Quality Control & Photo Delivery: Review and deliver photos in the morning when they come back from our editors.
* Retouch Requests: Handle requests for photo retouching throughout the day, ensuring our clients get exactly what they need.
* Client Acquisition: Use our Instagram method to send outbound messages and help us connect with potential new clients.
* Sales Research: Using the websites we provide, search for qualified leads in our area to add to our sales funnel.

What We’re Looking For:
* Willingness to Work in Central Time (9 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET) Monday through Friday: Since most of our clients are based in the Eastern time zone, we need someone who’s ready to work when we are. This job will start out at 10 hours per week while you are training, then will go to 20 hours per week once you have demonstrated competence in the activities we need for you to perform. How long training lasts is up to our schedules but it shouldn’t be more than 2 or 3 weeks. In the future if you do well then we’ll offer for you to go to 40 hours per week. After 90 days you'll go from $5 per hour to $6 per hour.
