Job Type: Full-time (1-hour daily commitment to work HST, Mon-Fri)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a diverse range of businesses, including vacation rentals, wellness products, and in the future, an artisanal brand. The ideal candidate will be a versatile digital marketing professional with a passion for AI-powered tools, content creation, and social media management. You will help build and promote brands across various digital platforms, from managing social media channels to developing marketing funnels and optimizing websites.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies in Instagram and expand into Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- Create engaging content calendars and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Design and manage targeted social media advertising campaigns (ads, promotions).
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Manage customer communication on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Content Creation & Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics using AI-powered design tools like Canva and Adobe.
- Write compelling, SEO-optimized copy for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Edit video content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints (social media, website, email).
- Keep marketing assets, videos and photos organized on the cloud for content creation.

Website Management & Optimization:
- Complete and optimize websites for vacation rentals and the wellness studio (WIX/WordPress).
- Implement HostAway integration for direct booking systems and seamless guest communication.
- Manage SEO optimization and website performance to ensure visibility and user experience.
- Create and integrate marketing funnels (landing pages, lead generation forms) to capture leads.

Vacation Rental & Wellness Product Marketing:
- Manage and update online listings on Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
- Develop marketing strategies for wellness products, including social media campaigns and email promotions.
- Create and manage landing pages and promotional content for product marketing.
- Assist with affiliate marketing and partnerships.

Administrative & General Support:
- Provide general administrative support, including email management, scheduling, and research.
- Assist with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking (optional).

Qualifications:

Required:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong proficiency in AI-powered design, copywriting, and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
- Experience with WIX and WordPress website management and SEO optimization.
- Vacation rental marketing experience (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.), including property listings and promotions.
- Experience with HostAway integration for direct booking vacation rental websites.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:
- Background in the wellness, health-related, or hospitality industries.
- QuickBooks experience (basic bookkeeping, invoicing).

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $500/month for the first month, $600/month for the second month, with salary re-negotiation based on performance after two months. We are looking for a long-term, ongoing employee to work with us.
- Flexible remote work with a requirement to be available for 1 hour/day (HST) from Mon–Fri.
