Are you a detail-oriented, creative professional passionate about social media, website updates, and event coordination? We are looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant to help elevate our projects and properties through innovative online strategies and seamless event planning. Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Develop and implement effective social media strategies to showcase our properties and projects.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Monitor audience interactions, responding promptly to build and nurture an engaged online community.
Analyze social media performance metrics, offering data-driven insights and strategies for improvement.
2. Website Updates and Maintenance
Update and maintain content on our Squarespace or WordPress website, ensuring it reflects the latest projects, properties, and events.
Use pre-designed templates to maintain a cohesive and professional visual identity (no coding required).
Ensure website content aligns with company branding and delivers an exceptional user experience.
3. Event Coordination and Promotion
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events at our properties.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless event delivery.
Design and implement promotional campaigns and materials to boost event attendance.
Track event success metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future events.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role focused on social media, website updates, and event coordination.
Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Familiarity with Squarespace and WordPress for website updates (no coding required).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
Background in real estate, event planning, or related industries is a plus.
