I’m looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support me with social media content creation and light admin work. I manage a few social media clients and need an extra set of hands to edit photos, create dynamic Reels, and assist with content organization. If you have strong editing skills, a great eye for design, and experience with scroll-stopping video effects, this could be a great fit!
Key Responsibilities:
? Photo Editing & Graphic Design
• Edit and enhance images in Lightroom, Photoshop, and Canva
• Create on-brand graphics, social posts, and animations
• Design engaging visuals for Instagram,
? Video Editing & Motion Graphics
• Edit Reels and short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Leonardo.Ai
• Apply scroll-stopping transitions, animations, and effects (examples:
• Enhance raw footage into polished, engaging content
? Social Media & Admin Support
• Upload captions and metadata into Excel spreadsheets
• Assist with scheduling content across platforms
• Keep track of assets, brand guidelines, and deadlines
Ideal Candidate:
?? Strong photo and video editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
?? Experience creating scroll-stopping Instagram Reels & TikToks
?? Familiar with Canva for social graphics and animations
?? Organized and able to manage content calendars in Excel
?? Creative, detail-oriented
?? Strong communication skills and fluent in English
Bonus Points if You Have:
? Experience working with social media agencies or content creators
? Knowledge of current social media trends & viral editing styles
? Ability to create motion graphics or light animation
