T&V Tires is a leading supplier of used ( Casings) & new truck tires, serving fleet managers, retreaders, and truck tire shops worldwide. We’re growing fast and looking for a driven, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help scale our sales, operations, and customer service.
???? About the Role
Start as part-time with the potential for full-time. Work directly with the owner to grow our sales network, manage suppliers, track inventory, and enhance customer satisfaction.
???? Key Responsibilities
? Sales & Customer Management – Cold call, email, and follow up with new and existing clients (retreaders, fleet managers, tire shops).
? Inventory & Supplier Coordination – Monitor stock levels, source products, maintain supplier relationships.
? Marketing & CRM Support – Assist with social media, email marketing, and keep CRM updated.
? Admin & Financial Tasks – Manage emails, calendars, QuickBooks, invoicing, and reports.
???? What We’re Looking For
? 2-5 years experience as a VA, Sales Support, or similar role.
? Cold calling & B2B sales experience.
? Proficiency in QuickBooks & CRM tools.
? Strong organization & communication skills.
? Stable internet & home office setup.
