Job Overview
You will work alongside our Founder and CEO in a critical role, managing and helping to build out our sales process, customer service, and administrative workflows. We are looking for a highly organized, sales-driven, and proactive individual who is not afraid to ask questions and suggest new ideas to improve the business. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in phone sales, customer service, scheduling, and general business operations.

Excellent English communication skills, a stable internet connection, and a backup power supply are required.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management (30%)
• Manage, respond to, and close incoming leads from Angie, Facebook, Google, Thumbtack, and other platforms.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into booked appointments and sales.
• Conduct limited cold calling and cold emailing to generate new leads.
• Utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) to track leads, sales conversions, and client follow-ups.

Customer Support & Scheduling (30%)
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and text.
• Follow up on initial cleans to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle rescheduling of cleaning services as needed through Fieldd CRM.
• Answer customer questions and resolve inquiries professionally.

Operations & Administrative Tasks (40%)
• Manage and track text communications using GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Create and test online ad campaigns to generate inbound lead flow.
• Post new job listings online, screen applications, and conduct initial interviews.
• Assist with basic accounting and payroll-related tasks.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews (Yelp, Google, etc.).
• Provide support for TidyBoss (Cleaner) operations and other administrative projects.
• Create sales and marketing collateral using Canva.

Who We're Looking For
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience speaking with US-based clients preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, customer support, and operations.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (GoHighLevel preferred).
• Strong lead follow-up and sales conversion skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive.
• Availability to work Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST.

Compensation & Perks
• $750 - $1,100/Month (based on experience).
