Virtual Assistant: Research & Recruit People for My Online Business

???? Job Description:
I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) to help me find and recruit people for different roles in my online business.

???? Responsibilities:
- Search for candidates on different platforms (Reddit, Facebook, Fiverr, Upwork, etc.).
- Post job posts, contact potential candidates, collect applications.
- Get replies by people interested
- Filter out the low quality people
- Forward the best potential candidates (based on their skills and experience) to me
- Organize applicant data and provide a daily report.

???? Requirements:
?? Experience in online research & hiring/recruitment.
?? Good English communication skills.
?? Fast & efficient worker – must be able to contact 20+ people per day.
?? Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
?? (Bonus) Previous HR, hiring, or VA experience is a plus.

???? Salary:
? $101 per month (This is the starting amount for a beginner. If you provide quality work, there's a potential raise)
? 2 hours per day
? Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
