We are expanding and looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant / Recruiter to support our growing business. If you have experience in recruitment, virtual assistance, or the childcare industry—especially within a nanny agency—that’s a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates (nannies & babysitters)
Manage job postings across various platforms
Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews
Communicate with candidates and clients via email and messaging apps
Assist with administrative tasks, database management, and document organization
Help maintain a smooth recruitment pipeline and onboarding process
Research and identify potential marketing and outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or virtual assistance
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English
Experience working in a nanny agency (nice to have but not required)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Tech-savvy – comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and recruitment tools
A proactive, problem-solving attitude
