Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Wholesaling (Cold Calling + Agent Outreach)

We're hiring a Virtual Assistant to help us build relationships with real estate agents and gain access to off-market, pocket, and exclusive listings for our wholesaling company.

This role is phone-based and requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to think on your feet.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent English – clear and professional

Real estate cold calling experience required

Experience with GoHighLevel (or white-labeled versions) required

Confident and natural on the phone

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations authentic

Reliable internet and quiet workspace

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Call and follow up with real estate agents

Build rapport and ask about off-market or exclusive deals

Track and manage leads using GoHighLevel

Schedule follow-ups and maintain CRM updates

Remote

Full time, with potential to grow with commission

Must be available during some U.S. business hours
