Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Media Specialist | French Required

Location: Based in Canada, Quebec (remote work)
Job Type: Part-time (5-8 hours/week to start, with potential for full-time)
Working Hours: Preferably between 6 AM and 2 PM UTC-5 (Eastern Time – Montreal)
Salary: $4-5 USD/hour (evolving)
Languages Required: French (mandatory), basic English (sufficient)

Skan3D is a real estate media company based in Canada (Quebec), specializing in HDR photography, video, 2D/3D floor plans, virtual tours, and virtual staging. We work with residential and commercial real estate brokers to showcase properties for sale. Our mission is to deliver high-quality visuals while ensuring fast and professional customer service.

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage key production tasks and maintain the quality of our deliverables.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Visual Management:

Sort, edit, and retouch photos before delivery (Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva).
Remove unwanted objects and enhance images.
Perform virtual staging and land mapping if needed.
Verify and adjust 2D floor plans and virtual tours.

Coordination & Client Delivery:

Communicate with our editors to ensure quality standards are met.
Organize and send files via Google Drive and Notion.
Manage client modification requests via email or messages.

Publishing & Marketing (Future Growth):

Schedule content for our social media platforms (photos, stories, etc.).
Showcase our latest projects.

Research & Database Management (Future Growth):

Scrape Centris to collect information about real estate brokers.

Detail-oriented & perfectionist: You have an eye for detail and visual excellence.
Organized & proactive: You can handle multiple tasks independently.
Customer service skills: You are comfortable communicating with our team and editors.
Flawless French (written & spoken): Essential for understanding briefs and writing clear communications.
Basic English proficiency: Enough to navigate software interfaces.
Availability during required hours to ensure quick deliveries to clients.
