We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant specializing in ClickFunnels, digital marketing, and social media management to support real estate agents, brokers, and real estate investment firms. This role is designed for someone who understands lead generation, online advertising, and social media marketing in the real estate industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building real estate sales funnels, managing social media accounts, and implementing marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ClickFunnels & Real Estate Sales Funnel Management
Build and optimize high-converting real estate funnels for lead generation, property listings, and webinar signups
Create landing pages for home buyers, sellers, and real estate investors
Integrate ClickFunnels with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, GoHighLevel)
Set up automated
2. Social Media Management for Real Estate
Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms like
Create and schedule engaging content, including property listings, market updates, virtual tours, and testimonials
Engage with potential buyers and sellers through comments, messages, and real estate groups
Run and optimize social media ad campaigns to generate leads for real estate services
3. Digital Marketing & Paid Ads
Run and manage
Set up retargeting campaigns to nurture cold leads into warm prospects
Optimize ad performance for low cost-per-lead (CPL) and high conversion rates
Monitor real estate trends and update marketing strategies accordingly
4. SEO & Website Optimization
Optimize landing pages and websites for local SEO and real estate keyword rankings
Implement content marketing strategies, including blog posts and video marketing
Monitor analytics to track website traffic and lead conversions
Qualifications & Skills:
ClickFunnels Expert: Experience in building real estate-specific sales funnels
Social Media Pro: Experience managing social media for real estate agents and brokers
Real Estate Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of home buying/selling cycles and market trends
