Your Responsibilities:
You will work as part of a team managing the portfolio of rental properties.
• Being available on phone and email, for renters & Landlords
• Building great relationships; Because people buy from people they like.
• Delivering our famous '6* Service', getting reviews and referrals.
• Handling tickets for repairs, Check out works, Rent payment, S13's and renewals and general administration tasks.
• Onboarding and building relationships with new contractors.

The Requirements:
• Experience as a property manager in the lettings industry is essential.
• Knowledgeable about UK lettings legislation and processes.
• Calm under pressure, ability to deal occasional high inbound volume at peak times.
• Team player.
• Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and grow.
• Fluent in spoken and written English essential.
• Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection.

The Results we need:
• Immaculate digital 'house keeping' to keep your dashboard 'All Green.'
• Meeting income targets [you will be a fee earner, and targets met = bonus]
• Consistently gaining good Google reviews.
• Asking landlords for referrals and new business, adding new property to the portfolio.

The Rewards
• You will be a fee earner, with a paid bonus per month.

The Package
• Full time working hours (UK 9:00am to 5:00pm).
• Salary: $700 OTE per month ($600 basic pay + $100 bonus*Subject to targets been met)
