Position: Virtual Assistant (Sales & Operations Support)

PRECISE Selling is a fast-growing sales training and consulting company dedicated to helping businesses optimize their sales process, improve conversion rates, and scale their revenue. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our leadership team by handling administrative, operational, and sales-related tasks to keep projects and client relationships running smoothly.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive Virtual Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in project management, sales support, and executive assistance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, tracking client projects, creating action plans, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for leadership.
Take notes in client and internal meetings, create action items, and follow up on tasks.
Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and reports.
Project & Sales Pipeline Management:
Track and update Trello boards to ensure tasks and projects are on schedule.
Monitor and maintain sales pipeline updates in HubSpot CRM.
Assist in managing follow-ups with prospects, clients, and internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Organize and document client projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Communication & Client Coordination:
Join Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings to take notes, summarize key points, and document action items.
Prepare follow-up emails, meeting summaries, and to-do lists for client projects.
Maintain and update Slack channels for internal communication and project tracking.
Tech & Systems Management:
Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) for collaboration and document organization.
Use Trello, Slack, and HubSpot to track progress and keep projects on track.
Assist with simple data entry, reporting, and organization of client information.
Ideal Candidate:
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Project Manager.
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and pipeline management.
Experience using Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and work independently.
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required):
Experience working in sales training, coaching, or consulting companies.
Knowledge of HubSpot CRM (or other sales/marketing automation tools).
Experience supporting multiple executives or working in a startup environment.
