Virtual Assistant - Product Research & Listing Specialist

As we expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Virtual Assistant to assist with product research and listing creation for our e-commerce platforms.

Your Role:

Product Research:

Conduct market research to identify profitable products with high demand and low competition.

Analyze product trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.

Utilize tools such as Helium 10, AutoDs, Zik Analytics, or similar to gather insights and data.

Identify reliable suppliers and sourcing options for selected products.

Listing Creation & Optimization:

Create compelling and SEO-optimized product listings for Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.

Write clear, engaging product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.

Research and implement effective keywords to enhance product visibility.

Upload high-quality images and videos to improve conversion rates.

Regularly monitor and update listings to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in product research and listing creation for e-commerce platforms.

Proficiency in tools such as Helium 10, AutoDs, and Zik Analytics.

Strong understanding of SEO principles for e-commerce listings.

Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Experience with image editing tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
