Virtual Assistant – Product & Content Research for E-Commerce (Long-Term Position)

| About the Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help us with Product & Content Research for our fast-growing e-commerce business.

Your job will be to find trending products using TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Ads Library, then collect and organize high-quality ad content (videos & images) into our storage system.

This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth if you perform well and take over other tasks.

| Your Main Responsibilities

• Product Research – Find products daily that match our pre-filters
• Content Research – Collect high-quality videos per product after review of research
• Organized File Management – Save research results properly in Swipekit & OneDrive.
• Follow a Proven System – We provide a step-by-step guide on how to do everything.

| Requirements – What We Need From You

? Experience in Product Research using TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Ads Library.
? Fluent in English (written, for communication & documentation).
? Highly organized & detail-oriented – You must be able to follow clear instructions.
? Ability to work independently – We don’t micromanage, but we expect results.
? Reliable & able to meet daily deadlines.
? Basic knowledge of VPN usage (to access different country feeds).
? Comfortable using Swipekit & OneDrive (or willing to learn quickly).
? Previous experience with Dropshipping / E-commerce is a BIG plus!

| Work Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Work hours are flexible, but daily deadlines must be met (18:00 PH time).
• Monday to Friday work schedule.
