Virtual Assistant – Product Activation Specialist for Shopify

Hey! We are looking for a Shopify VA that can help us with activating draft products on our Shopify store. It mainly involves reviewing draft products and updating them to Active status on our store with all the necessary quality checks. The position starts with approximately 1 to 1,5 hours of work per day and will gradually increase up to 3-4 hours daily.

Responsibilities:

- Review and activate draft products on Shopify, ensuring accuracy.
- Make sure all product details, images, SKUs, prices, and descriptions align with quality standards.
- Communicate with the team for updates, changes, or feedback regarding products.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience with Shopify is required.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Position Details:

Hourly Rate: $3.50 / $4.00/hr
Hours: Starting at 1 to 1,5 hours per day, increasing to up to 3-4 hours per day as workload grows.
