Virtual Assistant - Operations, Outreach, and Content Creation

I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Virtual Assistant to help keep me on track, pitch me for media opportunities, and design content based on what I provide. If you’re someone who loves both organization and creativity but doesn’t need to write copy, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Outreach

Manage my inbox, prioritize emails, and draft responses
Handle contracts, invoices, proposals, and follow-ups
Track deadlines, upcoming commitments, and keep me accountable
Research and pitch me to podcasts and media outlets for guest opportunities
Draft and send pitch emails, track responses, and schedule interviews

Content Creation (No Copywriting Required!)

Edit podcast episodes using Descript
Design engaging social media graphics (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) based on the copy I provide
Manage and schedule social media posts using the content I give
Light video editing for short-form content repurposing
Assist with basic website or newsletter updates (formatting, uploading, etc.)

Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with outreach, pitching, and PR is a plus
Skilled in Canva, Descript, and basic video editing
Familiar with social media trends and engagement strategies
Comfortable taking provided copy and turning it into well-designed posts
Able to balance both administrative and creative tasks efficiently
Bonus: Experience repurposing long-form content into multiple assets

Hours & Pay
Fully remote, flexible schedule (but some overlap with my time zone preferred)
15-25 hours per week to start, with potential to grow
