Essentially, a Virtual Assistant.

This role isn’t for someone who just “manages” projects… we need someone who owns them. You’ll be responsible for making sure tasks don’t just get started—they get finished, fast, and at the highest level of quality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (Your Daily Obsession)

? Run & optimize operations across these core systems:

[PRIMARY]
Go High Level – Automations, campaigns, workflows, funnels, CRM management

Facebook Ads – Setting up, managing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns
Zapier – Automating workflows and keeping everything connected

[SECONDARY]
Google Suite – Documents, sheets, calendars, file organization
Circle – Managing communities, engagement, and content flow
Shopify – Updating products, optimizing store operations, tracking sales
Figma – Basic design tweaks, reviewing assets, and collaborating on visuals
Typeform – Building forms, surveys, lead capture, and data collection

???? Make sure NOTHING falls through the cracks.
???? Follow up RELENTLESSLY until tasks are 100% done.
???? Create and optimize systems that improve speed & efficiency.
