As a Virtual Assistant in the OTA Marketing Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our OTA Specialist by performing a variety of tasks, including data input, competitor analysis, and product management. Your work will help ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and profitability of our OTA operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Competitor Research & Analysis:
- Conduct competitor pricing analysis for our tours across multiple OTAs.
- Research competitors’ products and strategies tailored to seasonal trends or specific business needs.
2. Website Audits:
- Perform weekly audits of company websites to ensure accurate product pricing, availability, bookability, and photo quality.
- Identify and report any errors or discrepancies.
3. Product Management:
- Set up new products (options) on various OTAs and with potential new partners.
- Connect products to the booking system accordingly.

4. Product Maintenance:
- Update product details such as meeting points, starting times, menus, and descriptions across all OTAs as requested.
- Communicate updates to partners as needed.`
5. Pricing & Updates:
- Implement agreed pricing updates for products across all OTAs when required.
- Review Insights sections on GetYourGuide and Viator platforms weekly to identify opportunities for improvement or necessary updates to products.
6. Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with destination managers to resolve errors and enhance product offerings.
- Provide timely updates and communicate changes to partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A good work-from-home setup is essential, including a second screen monitor.
