We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our team in managing member inquiries, bookings, and customer engagement across multiple communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Member Engagement & Communication
? Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering membership inquiries and booking trial camps.
? Respond to messages via text,
? Follow up with leads from community events and promotional campaigns to convert them into members.
? Ensure all pre-camp requirements are met (waivers signed, member questions answered, etc.).
? Engage with past members through win-back campaigns to encourage re-enrollment.
? Direct customer support inquiries (e.g., lost items, gym-related questions) to the appropriate tea
Administrative & CRM Management
? Utilize our CRM system (LoopSpark) to manage bookings and member communication.
? Ensure timely follow-ups for trial members, promotions, and renewals.
? Manage gym
? Track member engagement metrics and provide reports to the Marketing Director.
? Participate in tea
Social Media Engagement & Reputation Management
? Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and interactions on Burn STL’s social media.
? Address and analyze online reviews, sharing feedback with the leadership team.
? Actively engage with followers and potential members to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements & Qualifications
? Strong communication skills – Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
? Experience in customer service – Prior experience in inbound/outbound calling, messaging, or sales support is preferred.
? CRM proficiency – Experience using a CRM system (LoopSpark knowledge is a plus).
? Social media management – Familiarity with Meta Business Suite,
? Organized & detail-oriented – Ability to manage multiple communication channels and track member engagement.
? Proactive & self-motivated – Takes initiative and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
? Tech-savvy – Comfortable learning new platforms and adapting to different software.
? Warm, friendly, and high-energy personality – Aligns with Burn STL’s vibrant and supportive culture.
Work Schedule & Compensation
? Full-time position (40 hours/week)
? Flexible schedule with priority coverage on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) + three additional weekdays
? Pay rate: $5 - $7 per hour (dependent on experience)
? Performance-based salary increase opportunities after 3 months and annually
