Virtual Assistant - Medicaid Client Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Virtual Assistant to help us acquire Medicaid clients. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare background, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in outbound calling and sales. This role involves building relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and administrators to secure client referrals.

Responsibilities:

Make outgoing calls to case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and administrators.
Build and nurture relationships with referral sources.
Educate professionals about our services and how we can support Medicaid clients.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and referral sources.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
Develop strategies to expand our network of referral partners.
Qualifications:

Experience with Medicaid and understanding of community support services.
Background in healthcare is required.
Proven sales experience and ability to handle outgoing calls professionally and effectively.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Knowledge of discharge planning, case management, and social services preferred.
Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
