Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation and Hiring Support

Job Overview:

Hi! I’m the owner of Diamond Interiors, a growing cleaning and home staging company based in Atlanta, USA. I’m looking for a smart, dependable Virtual Assistant to help me grow the business by finding new cleaning clients, hiring cleaners, and helping manage online tasks.

This is a long-term position. If you’re good at researching, organizing, and love being productive every day — this job is for you!

Salary:

$300/month – Part Time (25 hours/week)
Salary will increase based on performance and loyalty.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead Generation (Main Task)
• Find Airbnb hosts, landlords, and residential home owners in Atlanta who need cleaning services
• Send daily outreach messages using templates I’ll give you
• Track all leads in a spreadsheet and update me daily
• Post job flyers
2. Hiring Cleaners
• Post job listings on sites like TaskRabbit, Craigslist, and Facebook
• Help screen and select professional cleaners in Atlanta
• Schedule Zoom interviews for me with shortlisted applicants

3. Admin Tasks
• Schedule appointments and manage our cleaning calendar
• Follow up with clients and cleaners
• Help me stay organized with reports and reminders

4. Social Media Help (Light Tasks)
• Repurpose my videos and photos into posts using Canva
• Help me schedule Instagram content weekly
• (I’ll provide examples — no designing from scratch needed!)

Requirements:
• Good written English
• Strong Google search and organizing skills
• Reliable internet and backup plan
• Familiar with Google Sheets, Canva, Zoom
• Can follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Has a proactive, positive attitude

Bonus (Not Required):
• Experience helping a cleaning business, Airbnb, or real estate
• Past experience working as a VA for lead generation
