JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our hard money lending business by generating high-quality leads, conducting cold calls, and managing email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help expand our reach within the real estate and investment markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Appointment Setting
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads, real estate investors, and other targeted prospects.
Present our hard money lending services confidently and handle objections effectively.
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for interested prospects.


Email
Campaign Management
Create and execute email marketing campaigns to reach prospective clients and existing leads.
Draft persuasive email copy aligned with the company’s brand and messaging.
Manage email lists, track open and response rates, and optimize campaigns for maximum conversion.

Lead Generation & Qualification
Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, social media, and networking groups.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (location, investment type, funding needs, etc.).
Maintain an organized database of leads, ensuring all details and follow-up actions are documented.

CRM & Data Management
Update client records, track communication history, and manage pipeline stages in the CRM.
Ensure data integrity by regularly cleansing and organizing lead/contact information.
Generate regular reports on lead status, cold call outcomes, and email campaign performance.

Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with internal team members to refine call scripts, marketing materials, and outreach strategies.
Provide feedback on which approaches are most effective.
Communicate regularly via video calls, instant messaging, or email to ensure alignment on objectives and progress.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling (experience in real estate or lending is a plus).
Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM systems.

Skills:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to handle objections.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Tech Proficiency:
Comfortable using communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office.

Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Adaptable to change and willing to learn new processes or technologies.
Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining client and company confidentiality.
Work Hours & Compensation:
Hours: Part-time or full-time (flexible schedule, ideally overlapping at least a few hours with U.S. business hours).
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or fixed monthly retainer (commensurate with experience), plus potential performance-based incentives or bonuses based on generated leads and closed deals.
