Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our hard money lending business by generating high-quality leads, conducting cold calls, and managing
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Appointment Setting
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads, real estate investors, and other targeted prospects.
Present our hard money lending services confidently and handle objections effectively.
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for interested prospects.

Lead Generation & Qualification
Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, social media, and networking groups.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (location, investment type, funding needs, etc.).
Maintain an organized database of leads, ensuring all details and follow-up actions are documented.
CRM & Data Management
Update client records, track communication history, and manage pipeline stages in the CRM.
Ensure data integrity by regularly cleansing and organizing lead/contact information.
Generate regular reports on lead status, cold call outcomes, and
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with internal tea

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling (experience in real estate or lending is a plus).
Familiarity with

High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Proficiency:
Comfortable using communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office.

Work Hours & Compensation:
Hours: Part-time or full-time (flexible schedule, ideally overlapping at least a few hours with U.S. business hours).
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or fixed monthly retainer (commensurate with experience), plus potential performance-based incentives or bonuses based on generated leads and closed deals.
