We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Virtual Assistant/Jr Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team, supporting a multi-faceted business that spans short-term rentals, consulting, and a non-profit organization. This remote position is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving the growth of our business.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in lead generation, content creation and management, and website development, in addition to excelling in traditional administrative tasks. They will initially focus on the consulting aspect of the business while contributing to broader growth initiatives as they grow in the company.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Growth:
- Identify and target new leads for initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients, with a potential bonus for new lead generations.
- Utilize creative outreach methods to expand the customer base and build long-term relationships.

Project Management for Consulting Projects:
- Assist with the planning and execution of consulting projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources for multiple ongoing projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including action plans, progress reports, and meeting notes.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve project outcomes.

Content Creation and Management:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and goals.
- Maintain and regularly update the company website, enhancing user experience and showcasing services.
- Write, edit, and publish blog posts, newsletters, and other promotional materials to drive engagement.

Administrative and Operational Tasks:
- Maintain organized records.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for improved efficiency.
- Provide regular performance reports, including guest feedback, occupancy rates, and lead generation metrics.
- Manage email and calendar tasks to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in Lead Generation: Proven ability to identify and convert new leads into bookings or clients.
- Content Creation and Management: Experience in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, and websites.
- Website Development: Proficiency in maintaining and enhancing websites (experience with platforms like WordPress preferred).
- Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all responsibilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with tools like email platforms, social media schedulers, and basic website management tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected situations or guest needs with professionalism and creativity.

Additional Information
- This is a remote position with a flexible schedule.
- Commitment: Minimum of 20–40 hours per week.
