About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant with malasakit (genuine care and dedication) to join our land acquisitions business, focusing on raw undeveloped land and infill lots across the United States. Starting as a part-time position, this role offers progression to full-time status for the right candidate who demonstrates strong performance and reliability.

Compensation & Financial Security

Base rate: $4-8 per hour
Cash bonus for each signed purchase agreement
Quarterly performance bonuses
Regular wage increases based on performance
Performance rewards could double base pay

Work Schedule

Initially 4 hours daily, Monday-Friday
Must be available between 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 PM - 4:00 AM Philippines Time)
Schedule will expand with progression to full-time

Performance Expectations

Maintain a 20% or higher response rate on text campaigns
Process and qualify leads within 1 hour of receipt
Achieve 90?curacy in lead qualification
Proactively identify and report system issues, market trends, or opportunities for improvement
Primary Responsibilities

Design and implement effective text messaging campaigns through Launch Control
Create strategic drip follow-up campaigns for lead nurturing
Craft compelling message content and optimize response rates
Manage and monitor ongoing text campaigns
Respond to incoming leads via text communication
Qualify potential sellers based on specific criteria
Research properties using multiple platforms
Input qualified leads into Pebble CRM
Maintain organized records of all communications

Technical Requirements

Stable internet connection (minimum 20Mbps download speed)
Backup power supply
Experience with time tracking tools (Time Doctor, Hubstaff, or similar)

Required Technical Skills

Proven experience with Launch Control platform including:

Campaign creation and management
Drip campaign setup and optimization
Message template development
Campaign performance tracking


Proficiency in using:

Zillow
Redfin
County GIS systems
Land Stats
The Land Portal
Google Maps
Google Earth


Experience with Pebble CRM (preferred)

Required Qualifications

Excellent written English communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience in lead qualification
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills

Property Qualification Process Knowledge
Must be able to efficiently gather and verify information about:

Property ownership verification
Seller's intention to sell
Utility availability
Existing structures or debris
Local use restrictions
Wetlands and FEMA flood zones
Property value factors

Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate

Previous experience in real estate or land acquisition industry
Understanding of basic land terminology
Strong time management skills
Ability to maintain professional written communication
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Track record of successful text campaign management
Experience with A/B testing and message optimization
