JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing group of businesses based in Liberia, including a building materials store, microfinance firm, and logistics company. As we expand our services digitally, we're looking to connect with customers both locally and abroad—especially Liberians in the U.S. who want to buy and ship materials directly to their contractors in Liberia.
To support our growth, we are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant (VA) who can manage backend operations, boost our digital presence, and assist with daily business tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
* Track stock levels, restocking needs, and daily sales
* Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets
* Follow up with suppliers and manage credit records
Record Keeping & Financial Tracking
* Organize daily/monthly sales reports
* Create basic profit/loss and expense summaries
* Monitor outstanding supplier and customer payments
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
* Manage our Facebook business page and create engaging content
* Assist with building and maintaining a basic website (Wix, Shopify, or similar)
* Upload and list new products/services with clear descriptions
* Run simple paid ads to promote products and services
Customer Communication & Business Support
* Professionally respond to customer inquiries via email and messages
* Coordinate order and delivery follow-ups
* Conduct online product and vendor research
* Assist with file organization and business schedules

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Inventory Manager, or Digital Marketer
* Strong organizational skills and excellent communication
* Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, Canva, Facebook Business Manager, and website builders (Wix, Shopify, etc.)
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Experience supporting African or small business owners is a plus
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Willingness to grow with the business long-term

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required):
* Familiarity with the building materials or construction industry
* Background in bookkeeping, finance, or admin support
