The Virtual Assistant is responsible for providing administrative, service, and sales support. The VA should be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills to provide seamless support to agents and clients.
Some responsibilities could include:
· Daily Tasks

· Respond promptly to client inquiries via
· Process mortgage clause policy changes
· Responsible for billing and payment assistance (i.e. sending payment reminders, reinstating canceled policies, following up on billing issues or overdue payments, etc.)
· Responding to evidence of insurance requests
· Provide assistance to tea
· Responsible for providing quotes to both the sales and service team (i.e. remarket quotes, new business quotes, and cross sell quotes)
· Responsible for attaching daily flood documents
· Responsible for processing commercial lines new business, renewal, and endorsement downloads
· Responsible for attaching and distributing daily service
· Responsible for attaching and distributing daily faxes
· Responsible for processing personal lines new business, renewal, and cancellation downloads
· Check in new business
· Calculate monthly PIF retention (EXCEL)
· Update expired policies monthly
· Commission processing
· Responsible for following up on claims internally and updating management system
· Provide assistance to tea
