: Virtual Assistant (Influencer Outreach & UGC Creator Sourcing) – 10 hrs/week

We are a fast-growing fragrance brand looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to handle influencer outreach and UGC creator sourcing. Your role will include finding content creators, negotiating deals, coordinating product shipments, and managing everything in an organized system.

This is a part-time (10 hours/week) remote role, requiring 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
? Find & Contact new influencers and UGC creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
? Negotiate collaborations and secure the best deals
? Track influencer details, content deadlines, and deliverables in an organized system
? Coordinate product shipments (ensure creators receive their items on time)
? Analyze influencer performance and recommend improvements
? Create & manage tracking systems using Notion or Google Sheets

Requirements:
???? Experience in influencer outreach or social media marketing
???? Strong communication & negotiation skills
???? Fluent in English (written & spoken)
???? Highly organized & detail-oriented—able to create and manage systems independently
???? Proficient in Notion & Google Sheets (this is required)
???? Self-motivated & reliable—can work with minimal supervision
???? Interest in beauty, fashion, or fragrances is a plus
