Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in U.S. healthcare to support our HR functions. In this role, you will assist with various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. Your contributions will be essential in helping us maintain a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for healthcare positions.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation scheduling and documentation management.
Employee Relations: Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Compliance: Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation to ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations and company policies.
Administrative Tasks: Manage HR-related administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining employee files.
Communication: Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting open communication and fostering a supportive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role, preferably within the U.S. healthcare sector.
Knowledge: Familiarity with U.S. healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Remote Work: Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
