Virtual Assistant - HOTEL and Vacation Rental Listings Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating and managing listings on popular vacation rental platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda. Your role will be to optimize listings, manage reservations, and ensure our properties stand out on these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and Manage Listings: Develop engaging and accurate listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda.
Optimize Listings: Regularly update descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability to enhance visibility and booking rates.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to adjust pricing and stay competitive in the market.
Customer Communication: Handle guest inquiries, manage booking confirmations, and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
Performance Tracking: Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and platform recommendations.
Coordinate with Property Management: Work with on-the-ground teams for seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing vacation rental listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda.
Listing Optimization Skills: Strong understanding of SEO best practices, and how to enhance booking rates through optimized content and visuals.
Excellent Communication: Ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and respond promptly.
Analytical Mindset: Able to interpret data and metrics to drive listing improvements.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous with descriptions, pricing, availability, and coordination with team members.
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with other property management systems.
Experience with social media marketing for vacation rentals.
Knowledge of local market trends in the hospitality industry.
