Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns, specifically tailored for Pay Per Call marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, a keen understanding of Pay Per Call strategies, and the ability to optimize campaigns to drive high-quality inbound calls.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on generating inbound calls, including Search, Display, and Mobile advertising strategies

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-converting terms that align with our target audience and campaign objectives.
Ad Creation: Craft compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Budget Optimization: Manage and adjust bids and budgets to ensure cost-effective results while achieving campaign goals.
Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to Google's advertising policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on Pay Per Call marketing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant PPC tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Certifications: Google Ads certification is preferred but not mandatory.
