You’ll work closely with the founder across both companies. We’re looking for an absolute ROCKSTAR to join the team that will help us scale our online coaching offers and expand the reach and impact of both brands.

Role:

We need a rockstar Tech, Ads & Funnels VA to skyrocket our brand with killer funnels and ad campaigns. You’ll master Kajabi/ThriveCart, run IG/TikTok/Meta ads, and optimize for massive conversions—taking us to the next level. If you’re a tech genius who lives for scaling + results, this is your gig!

Responsibilities:

Build/run Brunson-style funnels—seamless, high-converting flows.
Manage ads—IG, TikTok, Meta.
Zapier automations—link Kajabi, ThriveCart, email/SMS—flawless execution.
Optimize—track analytics (opt-ins, sales), tweak funnels/ads for max ROI—data-driven wins.
Troubleshoot tech—Squarespace tweaks, Kajabi fixes—keep it smooth.

Must-Know Skills:

Funnels
Ads—Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads—targeting, scaling, analytics.
Tech—Zapier, Google Analytics—automation + tracking pro.

Familiarity or Willing to Master:

Zapier—automation workflows.
Kajabi—funnel builds, course management.
Squarespace—basic site edits + optimization.
Shopify—shop backend tweaks.
