JOB OVERVIEW

Elevate Youth Development Holdings is a U.S.-based investment fund focused on acquiring youth sports businesses that have great reputations in their local communities for serving kids. Given our high expectations, finding those business will be intense - we expect to be sourcing deals for the next 5 years!

Elevate is run by David Rubenstein and Cole Finke, two entrepreneurs who recently graduated from Harvard Business School. You will be working directly with both of us to find great companies to acquire.

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our outreach to companies and business owners and support the operations of the fund. You can read more about the company at https://elevateyouthdevelopment.com/.

Your responsibilities will increase over time, as you develop your capabilities and demonstrate your abilities. Your main work will include:

Company and Contact List Building: Creating lists of potential investment opportunities (companies) and their owners and locating their contact information. This involves using Google, online resources, and databases to identify suitable targets.


Email
Marketing Tool Management: Input validated email addresses into our email marketing tools (Pipedrive and Klenty). Help organize and segment contact lists for targeted email campaigns.

Research Support: Conduct research on industry trends. If you are interested in this position, when you respond and apply, at the top of your application please include the investment bank David Rubenstein started his career at (listed on our website). Summarize findings and provide reports to assist the investment team in decision-making.

Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative duties as required, including scheduling, document preparation, and other tasks to support the smooth operation of the investment fund.

Qualifications:
1. Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Experience in lead generation and list building.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to closely follow written procedures.
4. In the absence of written procedures, a willingness to creatively solve problems and overcome challenges.
5. Experience using email marketing software is an advantage.
6. Honesty and comfort with learning from mistakes.
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
8. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Work Environment
1. Hours: 7AM - 3PM Philippine Standard Time - We will want you to be available for zoom meetings once a week (and as needed) at some point between 9AM - 7PM Eastern Time (10PM - 8AM Phillippine Standard Time) - We are based in New York
2. Daily Updates: I’ll ask you to provide a daily update in addition to your work.
3. Tools: We’ll use Google, Google Maps, White Pages, Rocket Reach, Pipedrive, Klenty, and any other tools you might have to get contact information.
4. Training: I’ll provide training materials of most technical tasks. I’ll expect you to ask questions to build your understanding and contribute to improving our training materials.
