Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Serve as the point of contact for client communications, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery of projects.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with lead generation, client proposals,
- Project Management: Coordinate and oversee tasks across multiple teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- HR Assistance: Manage recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintain HR records.
- Bookkeeping: Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post content on social media platforms, monitor engagement, and report on performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a virtual assistant role or similar capacity with a diverse range of responsibilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana), and accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
