Virtual Assistant - Etsy Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage Etsy stores, conduct market research, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Must Have:
-Experience managing Etsy stores
-Strong knowledge of Etsy policies & proficient in Etsy Market research (MOST IMPORTANT!)
-Proficiency in Etsy Hunt & Alora (MUST!)
-Excellent time management & daily reporting skills
-Good English communication & responsiveness

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage Etsy store operations efficiently
-Conduct in-depth market research on Etsy
-Ensure compliance with Etsy policies to prevent store issues
-Provide structured daily reports & updates via WhatsApp
-Maintain high accuracy & attention to detail

Plus to Have:
-Experience with large & successful Etsy stores
-Background in Etsy dropshipping
-Basic knowledge of Canva
-Sociable & adaptable personality
